Earlier this year my husband Denis and I went out for a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant.

While we were dining, an inspired idea popped into my head.

I tend to pay attention to inspired ideas as they come up and I decided to share this one with Denis.

I said "Honey, I'm thinking of selling the house I bought in Florida, what do you think?"

Well, knowing the real estate market was declining and sales were infrequent, he thought I had temporarily lost my mind.

I continued to share with him some reasoning behind the inspired idea.

The house in Florida was one that we rarely used. The insurance company wouldn't insure the contents because we did not reside in the home. It can be a challenge taking care of a place when we live 1,600 miles away.

Denis agreed with all of those points.

Plus, even though I bought the house and owned it outright, the monthly expenses were an unnecessary expense. We were not using the house as a rental property, nor did I want to. We simply had the home available in the event we decided to take a trip to a warmer climate.

Initially when I bought the house I thought we would be using the house more, but with my busy travel schedule, speaking engagements, conferences, etc. we rarely stayed in the home.

Later that evening, after returning home from the restaurant I called a Real Estate Agent in Florida.

I asked, "Steve, how is the real estate market down there?"

He replied "Don't you get the news up there Peggy? It's terrible!"

"Well Steve, I'd like to sell my house. Are you interested in listing it for me?" He responded: "How much are you thinking of selling it for?"

I gave Steve the price I had in mind and he said the house would be the most expensive house on the street. I wasn't really concerned with having a premium-listing price because the house was a unique home and it was beautifully decorated.

Steve was willing to list the house. He drafted up the appropriate papers and sent them to me via email. I signed the papers, sent them back, and a "For Sale" sign went on the lawn.

Because I teach and practice the law of attraction and believe it is far more effective to relax our way to wealth or relax our way to anything that we desire, I relaxed and gave thanks for the quick sale of my home. In my gratitude journal I expressed my elation with the quick sale of the home and for a closing price that was very close to my listing price. I was also grateful for the quick closing that the new owner requested. Every day I wrote in my gratitude journal expressing my gratitude for the sale. I also listened to my own relaxation audio meditation every evening, which allowed me to stay connected to the powerful emotions of gratitude, joy and faith.

Two weeks later my Real Estate Agent called me with the news that we had an interested buyer. He said: "There is only one problem Peggy - she wants a fast close - she wants to take possession in three weeks, are you okay with that?"

Well, of course I was fine with a quick close. A quick close date was precisely what I gave thanks for. Additionally, she paid close to the listing price for the house, and within three weeks, my husband and I were on a flight to pick up a check for the sale of the house.

As much as we hear about the powerful laws of attraction, not everyone practices them.

One of the challenges is that we are conditioned emotional beings.

If our previous conditioning is to stress over things, we will literally push away the very things we desire by being stressed.

Switching to a state of relaxation opens up our creativity, engages the law of attraction and draws to us that which you desire (ideas, people, events, experiences). It may seem like a backward way of thinking to relax when you deeply want something, but relaxing our way to wealth is a powerful concept.

After I took action and listed the home, I gave thanks every day for the sale of the home and stayed connected to positive emotions. I relaxed and every morning and evening used my own relaxation guided meditation. It is an absolute truth that positive emotions will produce positive results. Deepak Chopra said: "Relaxation is the prerequisite for that inner expansion that allows a person to express the source of inspiration and joy within."

If there is something you desire, follow these 3 simple steps.

#1. Decide what you want.

#2. Decide what it will "feel" like when you have it (which involves the emotions of faith and relaxation);

and #3. Go straight to feeling those emotions - and practice them on a consistent basis.

And, when you do, you'll be amazed at the power of your own creative ability.

I'm sure by now you've watched the movie "The Secret", "What the Bleep" and others like it... so why aren't you already a master at manifesting?

I had to ask myself the same question.

I mean, if all this "Law of Attraction" stuff really does work, then why doesn't it work ALL the time? By calling it a Law, doesn't that mean it should work every time?

It's almost like they didn't want you to actually discover the REAL secret...

Even some of the key speakers in those films have since gone public saying they were taken out of context. Dr. Fred Alan Wolf even went public saying that he does NOT believe in the Law of Attraction, and that the filmmakers used "pseudo-quantum physics" to sell their idea!

So is it even really possible to create your own reality or manifest your desires?

Or is all this just one BIG scam?

Actually, you really CAN manifest whatever you want. There are TWO extra steps that the mainstream movies conveniently leave out!

But when you use them, your life begins to change in a way you've never imagined...

Instead, learn the REAL Science behind manifestation without the mumbo-jumbo!

This is stuff you won't find ANYWHERE ELSE.

Are you frustrated because you still are not reaching your goals of wealth, freedom and joyous relationships...even though you've been meditating, visualizing and attracting? Do you secretly suspect there’s a conflict between creating wealth and serving the world as a spiritual being?

You are not alone. We start out with a dream of abundance. We're told to follow our bliss. We listen to the gurus. We want a reason to look forward to Monday morning, escape from tyranny of the alarm clock, and of course millions of dollars in our bank accounts.

Instead we are still earning below our potential, struggling with jobs that seem to go nowhere, torn apart by one crisis after another.

In fact, some of us are secretly starting to wonder, "Is there really a secret behind The Secret? Why does everything have to be so hard?"

What we're missing is a single key fact:

We've been chasing money, not attracting Harmonic Wealth.

That's right. We expect all our problems to be solved with money in the bank. So we work on just one element of our lives. We push. We struggle. We focus. We tell ourselves we're visualizing. But nothing happens. We know something BIG is missing...but what?

In his revolutionary new book, HARMONIC WEALTH, James Arthur Ray shares the secret behind The Secret: Truly wealthy individuals experience harmony that comes from integrating all parts of their lives.

John Assaraf, author of Having It All and founder of OneCoach, Inc., calls this book “a must-read for anyone who is ready to accept that a clear and unbending intention is necessary to success, HARMONIC WEALTH shows readers how to create outrageous results ... now!”
-
James Arthur Ray introduces a new definition of what's spiritual. You don't have to be Mother Teresa. In fact, it helps if you're as wealthy as Bill Gates or as athletic as LeBron Jones. You stop thinking of money as sinful (and learn a new way to interpret that saying about "getting a camel through the needle's eye"). The new reality (which may shock you): it's pretty darn hard to be spiritual without some money.

“This revolutionary book will change your life . . . if you let it!” says Hale Dwoskin, author of New York Times Best Seller The Sedona Method.

HARMONIC WEALTH demystifies the principles behind real wealth.

Everyone should be able to reach Harmonic Wealth. But without the right mentor, if you just apply the TV sound bite version of the Law of Attraction, you'll just become tired and maybe even less wealthy than when you started.

James Arthur Ray draws from his own experience. Less than 7 years ago, he lost all his money and his closest relationship all at once. He stopped enjoying the work that had brought him fame, prestige and success. To pay the bills, he had to sell off most of his possessions – including his dream house (with his beloved custom-built library). He nearly cried as he handed over the keys.

James went on a quest to answer the question, “What went wrong? What should I do now?” He studied with spiritual leaders (starting with a Peruvian shaman and a Hawaiian Kahuna). And he drew on his experience as a top sales rep for AT&T.

When you buy Harmonic Wealth, you get proven action steps that are practical and easy to implement - the same steps that catapulted James Arthur Ray from being broke, alone and miserable to a home in Hawaii, a skyrocketing business and gigs with Oprah and Larry King Live.

James’s message is so important that I wanted to share it with you right away. His book deserves an important place in your library of spiritual development.

James doesn’t promise a quick fix. But if you apply what he teaches here, your life will be completely transformed in the next 12 months.

For years self-help gurus have taught about The Law of Attraction - the idea that you can get what you want simply by creating a clear mental picture of what you desire and using your imagination to see it with your mind's eye. It all sounds very tempting doesn't it - but is there really any such thing as the Law of Attraction? Well, I would like to share with you a little about my own experience learning about and then using this principle. The Law of Attraction

"Can you imagine what would happen if for just one moment, with every fibre of your being, you allowed yourself to believe that you can have life exactly as you choose to have it? ... Until today, you may have limited, edited or restricted your thoughts about the good things that could happen in your life. Just for today, allow yourself to be totally involved with just one good thought. Give yourself permission to get your entire being involved. Then watch to see what happens."

-         Tyanla Vansant

If you are speaking as a professional business, or you are just involved in public speaking, using the law of attraction will get into the speaking frame of mind and will put you into the position where you will have created the mindset you need to become a successful public speaker. But remember one point here. It doesn’t matter how many leads you have, or how easy leads are provided to you. It doesn’t matter how many people sign up to hear your speech you are about to give. Without the proper mindset to guide your thinking, you won’t be successful and may just flop as a speaker.

"People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When they believe in themselves they have the first secret of success."

--Norman Vincent Peale
